The product did arrive on time, and looks appealing, however the pairs are too small. I ordered size 12 and received size 9.5. I reordered another pair and got the same size. If they don't have size 12 -13 they should have stated that.I “googled” best walking shoe. These made the list for top ten. I’m extremely disappointed. I love my Merrell hiking shoes, but these walking shoes don’t cut it. There doesn’t seem to be enough support on the outside of my foot. I ordered my normal shoe size and my foot slips around in these. I was really excited for them and got let down.These are stretchy and comfortable but feel very supportive. I love the colors and they are very light to walk in.Wonderful! Soft! Amazing for walking, running, exercising and chasing children!!!!! Super soft!!!!When placing the order the shoe size listed seems to actually be a man's size. What you receive is the coordinating woman's size which is much smaller. So if you order a 10.5 it is actually size 8.0 in a woman's size when received (not exact numbers).Very Confusing !Merrell women's Range AC+ Triple black. The construction is kind of like a basic oxford. If they were vegan leather or possibly hemp it would work out as a basic casual go anywhere shoe. And as it is you only see it's a knit if you hold your foot just right so the light hits the ribs of the knit. One of the reviews said you can feel the inner seams "digging into your foot" is i think the way it was put. I have on a basic sport or crew sock. Not thick not cushioned or padded. (Hanes ladies sport sock it might be) and i can feel what the reviewer is talking about but i think as your foot settles into it and the material warms up,it softens up so it isn't annoying or uncomfortable. Where you feel it is at the outside of the two kind of 'structure ribs' at the outside of the shoe on each foot where they're all kind of stitched together at the triangle. Pulling the top apart and retying them so it doesn't strangle your foot helps a lot. If you're a 'princess and the pea' type you might not want to get these. I tend to be that way but because the arch of the shoe is kind of honeycombed,but not squishy,when you stand and walk your weight spread it out at those two points,one place on each foot,so it is really nothing you notice or feel. Unless you have the shoe tied so tight it won't budge. In one pic my finger is on the shoe where that place is. Someone also said they don't stay tied. The laces are a kind of slippery nylon or polyester. The way to make any shoelace stay tied is to double loop around the first bow. You make the loop for the bow and then usually a single loop around the first loop and then you pull the last loop you make through the second loop. Instead of making it a single loop,wrap it around again for a double loop. Kind of hard to describe but it's the center part of the bow that isn't the loop on each side of the bow. And instead of just tying it the way you always do,just wrap the middle loop that you pull the other side through *n extra time. Easier to do than to write directions on how to do. Youtube probably has a video on tying a double loop bow or a bow that won't come untied. The double loop is the part of the bow in the middle that secures the whole thing together or closed. Without which you'd have two floppy pieces of shoelace that do nothing and don't stay looped once you let go of them. A true size 6.5 but definitely not for a wide or chubby foot. It's a medium width. And vegan vegan vegan. Made from vegan materials. Merrell support,Merrell fit and Merrell comfort. The picture above doesn't Represent lichen. I wanted the same color as shown. The photo is of "Foam". I got Lichen.The shoes seem like great quality and the style is very nice, BUT I ordered a size 9 and received a 6.5. Not impressed.
