I bought this rangefinder along with a SUAOKI 656 to compare. And yes, the 1000A model really does range well to 1000m. It accurately ranged a building @ 1015 yds. The SNDWAY is pretty basic to use. One button press and you have horizontal, vertical, linear distance and angle all on the display at once. Unfortunately this also means you need to really study the display to get what you need in the 10 seconds or so before it all goes away, and with all the values crammed onto the display the numbers are kinda small. Also I wish the display had a lighted option for when you're ranging dark objects like trees and can't read the display without turning and aiming at something brighter. The diopter adjustment ring is a little too loose and one bump will throw it off. Lastly, I wish the icon that flashes when it's ranging was positioned more in the center instead of way in the corner. For us folks with glasses it's very hard to spot. For the price, though, this is a very good deal. Half the price of those Bushnell's.It’s works just as expected. It’s small and fits in the palm of one hand nicely and very lite. Diopic works fine and is very clear at 200 yards. Read out is dark but not intrusive easy to read and make sense. I can get pin locks at 250 yards, I haven’t tried further and I don’t really need it. I can get target ranges on just about anything within 350 yards. Granted I’ve never owned a range finder before, but thus one seems like it’s does the same thing as the name brand. Plus this has speed clocking, and height and angle calculations. The angle feature can’t be turned off so it’s not tournament legal.All in all it works great and roughly half to and third cheaper with all the same features pin lock, distance plus a few more (angle, adjust length, height measurements, yards or km an hour).Only come would be the weight can make it hard to get a steady hand at great distances, but on one knee it’s fine. The other is no pin lock vibrate., but the read out makes it clear when the pin lock happens.I dislike my skills at uploading photos but I like this product. At least right now. I used it yesterday for 1 round. It performed like I was hoping a range finder would. Ive never used one before so really didn't know what to expect. I aimed it at flags and sometimes I think I may have picked the flag up however I got accurate enough readings from front of greens to other objects nearby where I could dial in my shots within 10-15ft. That's much better than 20ft normally.(Yes that's if(IF) I hit my shots correctly.) Its doing what Id hope it would do. "Inside 150 get me better yardage than sprinkler heads." Its also giving elevation angles(I like that). Ill use it more and more and update as I use it.I use the Range finder for bow hunting. So I’ve only used it to range out to about 50 yards. For my purposes it works well. My only complaint would be that I wish the information on the screen was a little darker/thicker.
